Made this for a baby shower gift for a coworker. While I don't think *he* appreciated it overmuch ("That's cool - what is it?"), all the double X chromosomed people at the shower just loved it, and I hope his wife will think it's cute. I got the pattern here and pretty much followed it as written, though I left off the tails (under time pressure, of course) and changed the wings slightly for the dragonfly. Oh, and I used safety eyes instead of French knots.
The frog's neck is kind of giraffe-ish, isn't it?
That is so clever! I remember the toy we used to have with the colorful plastic rings that had to be stacked up in a certain order. This is much cuter!

That is awesome! I'm saving this pattern. And I thought the frog was a worm.

This rates high on my cuteness scale, and I'm betting you scored with the Mum to be.
Kids have too much plastic in their lives nowadays. Good on you!

That is SO cute, Michelle! Even though the 'dad' was slightly unimpressed, I'm sure the mom and baby will be exstatic!!! It's adorable! Hope you and the girls are doing well.

Wow! You just gave me an idea! I'm planning to give this as baby shower gifts to my friends who are expecting. I'm sure they'll love it as much I did.
