Look, mom! I sewed my first article of clothing!
She can wear it, it fits very well, and she absolutely loves it.
I plan on making another one for Rebecca this weekend, out of Halloween fabrics. It's not even remotely close to a Grosgrain original, but I'm excited to have sort of broken past the clothing barrier. I say "sort of" because I still have to conquer pattern pieces, which is my *real* phobia. But I feel like I'm ready to take that on, soon.

It's gorgeous! I might have to try one for my 4 yr. old neice!! The last article of clothing I started ended up in the trash, but you've inspired me. Maybe I can find the pattern at Quilt Market!!

Your skirt is so lovely. The Little Bush Princess is soooo into skirts at the moment...I wish that she was equally as into being ladylike while wearing them! Great review. Sew Mama Sew....good on you! Jen
