Sock earrings!  I just used some leftover sock yarn and size 0000 needles that I had.  They're hanging on a regular #2 pencil.  I'm actually really proud of the picture, it practically took longer for me to get a good photo than it did to knit one of the earrings.  I'm terrible with the digital camera, but I'm learning.
