Oh my. I've been knitting, quite furiously, for the last two or three days, trying to get my pair of socks done for the Sock-A-Month Knitalong (yeah, when I figure out how to add those cute little logos in boxes to my sidebar, I will), and I'm finally done. I wove in the last end, oh, 7 whole hours before the midnight deadline. But, what is that saying? "Done is better than perfect?" Hmmm. Mine aren't perfect. They are ginormous. Gigantic and enormous. And very, very pointy. Let's see how they are after they're washed. I've heard washing things can make a world of difference. Or is that just wishful thinking? I'm much prouder of the goofy girl sporting the sock earrings.
And no, thankfully, my feet aren't shaped like that.
Saw the link to your socks for the Sock A Month knitalong and thought I'd stop in and say hello.
The socks look good, even if they are big...I hope they will shrink down some for you...the little girl (I assume is your daughter?) is so cute! I love the sweater she is wearing as well.
