The blanket finished up at 30" x 40", is super thick, incredibly warm, and I love it because it's so richly colorful. It's now in the hands of afghans for Afghans, maybe already keeping a little kid warm.

What an incredibly generous idea. I have lots of wool I won't be using myself that could make a pretty blanket. Hmmm.

It's a beautiful blanket and despite the time lapse, will be very welcome. I have some old projects for charity that need to get completed, too, so you're not alone with this. The point is you've finished it and it's going to a great cause -- I think that's wonderful.

The blanket is GORGEOUS. And, if it makes you feel any better, I have older ufos. Ugh. That didn't make *me* feel any better. I'm totally digging the colors in that blanket though, it's making me feel fall even though it's 80 out. That's color-power!

I'll be in the same boat as you. I haven't touched my wavy blanket in a long time.

The blanket is not EXACTLY in the hands of Afghans for Afghans as they are having a difficult time locating shipping partners these days....BUT wanted to let you know it's the perfect size for the new baby blanket campaign and will be shipped soon. You are very generous with your time and talent.
